As Comptroller, Brad divested New York City’s billions of public pension funds from fossil fuels. He won labor protections for fellow New Yorkers working freelance. He delivered a $15 minimum wage to the delivery drivers who bring us meals rain or shine. He built thousands of units of affordable housing and secured critical NYCHA renovations. He saved 50,000 families from being priced out of their homes. He helped over 10,000 fellow New Yorkers train and get good jobs. He protected countless working families from eviction. He banned racist stop-and-frisk policing. And he saved New York City billions by rooting out corruption and auditing Eric Adams.
When Donald Trump and Elon Musk stole $80 million from New York, he uncovered it and forced the City into court to get it back. When ICE started kidnapping our neighbors from 26 Federal Plaza, Brad started accompanying immigrants to court every week, putting his body on the line to protect our neighbors from ICE.
That’s why he was arrested for trying to assess conditions for our detained neighbors. That’s why he has organized thousands of neighbors to fight back against Trump. That’s why Brad cross-endorsed Zohran Mamdani to protect our city from Andrew Cuomo. Because Brad is a team player who puts New York first.
